EFA International Limited is a manufacturer and wholesaler of natural and humane pest control products, general homeware products, essential oils and garden products.

Prior to use: Customers should always refer to the product label and directions of each product which are correct at time of supply, in addition to, where applicable, reviewing the Safety Data Sheet for each product.

3. Ordering

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.1 Authorised Resale

The resale or distribution of EFA International products is not permitted without prior written authorisation. We reserve the right to restrict, refuse or terminate supply to any party found reselling our products through unauthorised channels or in violation of our brand guidelines.

3.2 Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale supply is governed by separate Terms and Conditions of Trade, available on request.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.
• Promotional pricing may be subject to additional terms.

5. Delivery

• We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
• Standard delivery is via Royal Mail or a courier service as chosen by EFA International Limited.
• If you have a courier preference, let us know at point of order — we reserve the right to levy additional charges if necessary.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in resalable condition within 14 days.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If an error was made by us, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a credit or refund.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears return postage costs.
• Include your order number, name, contact info, and return reason when returning items.
• All return/refund requests are reviewed in good faith, and decisions made fairly.

Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, oils, or sprays unless faulty. If accepted, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the item(s).

• The stability and nature of products may be altered by storage or when mixed with other materials.
• EFA International Limited cannot accept liability for misuse or non-compliance with usage instructions.
• Total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

8. Manufactured Products Ingredient Disclaimer

Due to changes in supply and nature, we may substitute ingredients to maintain availability. Always refer to the product label or spec sheet current at the time of supply.

9. Safety & Usage

Always follow product label guidance. Some essential oil-based products may not be suitable for use around pets, children, or certain plants without caution.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
